Use 100% or Actual Size
Choose 100%, Actual Size, or No Scaling in the print dialog. Avoid Fit to Page when exact spacing matters.
How to Print Graph Paper at Actual Size
Most graph paper printing problems come from scaling. If the printer dialog uses Fit to Page, Shrink to Printable Area, or another automatic scaling mode, the grid spacing can change.
Match the paper size
The selected template size should match the paper loaded in the printer. A4 templates should be printed on A4 paper, and Letter templates should be printed on Letter paper.
Check with a ruler
After printing, measure a few grid spaces with a ruler. Ten 5mm squares should measure 50mm.
