The site does not require an account to browse templates or generate downloads. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, and any template details included in the request.

Graph paper settings such as paper size, spacing, color, and orientation are used to render previews and downloads. Downloads are generated from those settings in your browser. When you use an edit link, the selected settings may appear in the page URL.

Images selected, dropped, or pasted into the drawing grid and overlay tools are decoded and rendered locally in your browser. The application does not send those source images to Graph-Paper.org servers. Exported files are generated on your device. Grid settings, but not image data, may appear in the page URL so a configuration can be reused.

Hosting, security, and network providers may process standard request information such as IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, referrer, and request time. The application code does not require advertising cookies or user accounts.

The site may load fonts from Google Fonts. When fonts are requested, your browser connects to Google's font servers according to Google's own policies.

When audience measurement is enabled, the site may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate page use and whether tools are completed. Events may include opening a tool, selecting a perspective mode, uploading an image, or starting an export. Source images, image contents, and local filenames are not included in analytics events. Google's tag may receive standard browser and request information and may use cookies according to Google's own policies.
